The organizers of the Stewart Park Festival wanted to redesign their website with two goals in mind. Firstly they wanted to build an attractive, easy to use site for the public. Secondly, they wanted to become more efficient in their planning. Relying solely on meetings to share ideas and come to agreements was proving to be less than effective. Their website is now their meeting place where new ideas are put forth and discussed in discussion forums meaning that by the time a meeting comes around, ideas have already been put forth and a decision can be made. They have also made use of the calendar to post important date, announcements for notifying members of important forum postings and the internal messaging system to stay in touch. Every member of the ten person committee has a personal login and they all contribute content to the site making it a shared venture. "We actually do have ten webmasters on our site. Any one of us can change the site if we have an idea which means we don't have to wait for one person to do it for us." says Dave Balfour, one of the committee members.

This is a new business just opening up after extensive renovations. The owner wanted a fairly simple, attractive site where potential customers could get  a feel for the quality of the residence and get in touch to book a room. Full Contact staff took pictures of the residence and built the pages to showcase the rooms. The business is preparing to open it's doors in the spring and their website has just been finished.

The owner of this business had a build your own website and wasn't happy with it's ability to produce the dynamic site he wanted. Full Contact designed a website that was easy to use and attractive. The owners main concern was that all hot tubs be displayed on his site without having to go to the manufacturers website. All hot tubs complete with specificationas and pictures are now displayed on their own pages. There is also a section for the owner to add information and articles pertaining to hot tubs as well as photo galleries. The owner now feels confident that his site will attract more business and he is proud to offer it to potential customers.

This unique business is comprised of four businesses operating out of one location each with it's own membership. The owner wanted an attractive site that she can update and that has features that would add value to her clients experiences at the school. This business had made extensive use our systems ability to accomodate different user groups, all with their own defined pages and user roles. Each group has seperate pages with discussion forums, calendars, registration forms and contact information. Students at the school are provided with a user name and password which allows them to access their groups pages. The owner is clearly excited about being able to update her own site after having to rely on a webmaster to do everything and has this to say; "Now I have control over my site. Hot Tubs For Rent is a marketing site for companies that rent or sell hot tubs. The site offers the usual business listings to promote businesses but offer something truly unique. Companies can create their own website within the Hot Tubs For Rent website. Utilizing the user roles in the Full Contact sytem users can access their pages on the site to update them regularly and each company can have multiple users using the site with unique passwords. The ability to host multiple sites on one site allows the owner to keep cost down. Users get a full featured website with all of the Full Contact features for about half of what a full website would cost. This system also allows users to be part of a high visibilty website and benefit from the marketing efforts of others on the site.

This site enables sports teams to set up and use a web site by the month during which time they have access to it with all of the Full Contact features. When the season ends they can either walk away from it or for a small fee it can be stored until next season. Teams are, in effect renting a website.
